The Exporters’ Club at the Economic Chamber of North Macedonia, in cooperation with the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Economy of the RNM, for the second consecutive year successfully presented itself—together with a group of companies—at the renowned international trade fair “Food Expo Greece 2026”, held in Athens, Greece.

At the fair, six Macedonian export-oriented companies from the agri-food sector participated as exhibitors:

-        “VIPRO” DOOEL Gevgelija

-        “Veterinar” DOO Gevgelija

-        “KIM” DOOEL Negotino

-        “Lion” Sveti Nikole (Leona)

-        “Fruktana” DOO Karbinci

The Macedonian companies expressed great satisfaction with the contacts established, as well as with the overall organization and attendance of the event. The fair represented an excellent opportunity for domestic export companies to present and promote their product portfolios and to establish trade and business relations with potential partners and buyers from multiple countries. Numerous business meetings were held with potential partners from various markets, with, as they noted, a real potential for some of these contacts to be transformed into concrete export agreements in the near future.

Food Expo Greece is a leading food and beverage trade fair in Southeast Europe, featuring more than 1,300 exhibiting companies from around the world, showcasing products across multiple segments of the food industry and beverage sector. The event attracted over 35,000 visitors and more than 1,000 buyers from 80 countries worldwide.

Support for Macedonian companies in export promotion is already structurally organized within the Chamber through its dedicated forms and bodies—the Exporters’ Club, the Export Institute, and the National Export Council—which work to strengthen the capacities of domestic companies for international markets.
