On 6 October, a workshop on the digital transformation of services in the insurance sector was held at the Economic Chamber, organized by the Insurance Supervision Agency (ASO), the National Insurance Bureau (NBO), KIBS AD Skopje, and the Insurance Group within the Economic Chamber of Macedonia.

The event aimed to encourage the modernization of the insurance market by promoting advanced solutions for fully paperless operations, process automation, and the improvement of efficiency and security in daily operations.

Representatives from KIBS AD Skopje presented the SignPlus platform, an advanced solution for electronic signing and digital document management that enables online signing of PDF documents, issuing and verification of time stamps (Momentum), and secure registered document delivery (MailTube). Through a practical demo presentation, the workshop showcased the possibilities for paperless operations across various processes within insurance companies, while participants also had the opportunity to hear first-hand experiences from companies already successfully implementing these technologies in their daily work.

During the event, participants exchanged experiences, ideas, and visions regarding the future direction of digital transformation in the insurance sector. Through such initiatives, the sector demonstrates its readiness to embrace technological innovation and actively contributes to the creation of a modern, transparent, and efficient system, aligned with global trends in digital insurance.
