 The Economic Chamber of North Macedonia, through the Western Balkans 6 Chamber Investment Forum (WB6 CIF), invites small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) from North Macedonia to participate in a joint Western Balkans delegation of companies that will exhibit at Global Food Expo 2026 in Warsaw, Poland, from 17 to 19 November 2026. Through the “EU support to the WB6 CIF“ project, 30 companies from the Western Balkans region will be selected to participate in a joint exhibition stand.

The international fair Global Food Expo is a relatively new but rapidly growing event in the food and agri-food industry, taking place in Warsaw, Poland. It is designed as a platform connecting the entire food sector – from production to distribution and the HoReCa segment. The fair also offers an excellent opportunity for companies from the Western Balkans to showcase their products, explore new export opportunities, strengthen existing and establish new business partnerships with partners from Poland, Central and Eastern Europe, as well as within the Western Balkans. Last year’s edition gathered over 240 exhibitors from more than 20 countries and attracted over 10,000 visitors.

What Do Selected Companies Receive Free of Charge?

·        Opportunity to present products and services at the joint WB6 CIF stand during the fair (product samples and printed promotional materials, excluding roll-up banners), including display of the company logo at the stand’s branding area.

·        Opportunity to present products and services in the conference hall during the fair.

·        Participation in a joint networking event for all companies and additional potential business partners from the Western Balkans and abroad.

·        Hotel accommodation – 4 nights for one company representative, as well as local transport in Warsaw (airport-hotel-airport and hotel–fair–hotel during the event).

·        Media coverage - preparation of a joint e-catalogue featuring all companies/products (based on materials provided by the companies), as well as promotion of the event and companies/products through a tailored promotional campaign.

Companies are responsible for organizing travel for their representative(s), as well as for the transport of their products/exhibits.
Note: The trade fair will take place at Ptak Warsaw Expo, the largest exhibition center in Central and Eastern Europe, located approximately 15 minutes from the center of Warsaw. Check-in is scheduled for 16 November, and check-out for 20 November. Applying companies must designate a representative who speaks English to attend the fair.

By purchasing and covering their own travel expenses to Warsaw, companies confirm their firm commitment to participate. This serves as a guarantee for the organizer. In the event of a last-minute cancellation by a selected company, the organizer reserves the right to offer the spot to another company.

Selection criteria will be based on:

·       Total value of the company’s agri-food exports over the past 3 years;

·       Number of export markets.

Applicants must be legal entities/companies located or registered in one of the six Western Balkans economies (Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, Montenegro, North Macedonia, or Serbia) and classified as a small or medium-sized enterprise registered for food production and/or processing.
Applications can be submitted via the following link.
Deadline for submission of applications and supporting documentation is 30 May 2026, by 16:00. The list of selected companies will be published on the WB6 CIF website by 30 June 2026.
